Duluth Entry: CSL Niagara arrived at 18:19 (CST) Wednesday evening to fuel at Husky. Indiana Harbor arrived at 09:46 Thursday to take a delay at Lakehead waiting for BNSF. As of Thursday afternoon, Arthur M. Anderson was loading blast furnace trim at CN-Hallett #5 and Heerengracht was still unloading at Port Terminal. Arthur M. Anderson is estimated to depart late Thursday night with blast furnace trim, Paul R. Tregurtha is expected early Friday morning to load coal at SMET, and American Spirit is expected early Friday to load iron ore pellets at CN#6.
Superior Entry: CSL Assiniboine departed at 05:27 (CST) Thursday morning with iron ore pellets. As of Thursday afternoon, CSL Niagara was loading at BNSF and Indiana Harbor was waiting at Lakehead Pipeline. CSL Niagara is estimated to depart Thursday afternoon with iron ore pellets. Tug Zeus with barge Robert S Deegan is expected Thursday evening to unload calcium chloride at Envirotech- Hallett #8. Algoma Discovery is expected early Friday afternoon to load at BNSF.
Two Harbors-Silver Bay – Gary A Putney
CSL St-Laurent departed Two Harbors on 6/23 at 19:11 for Quebec City. Arriving Two Harbors at 20:55 was the Edgar B. Speer after being stopped off Port Wing. She departed on 6/24 at 12:15 for Conneaut. Arriving Two Harbors on 6/24 at 12:51 was the Edwin H. Gott. Northshore Mining in Silver Bay saw the arrival of the American Century at 23:55 on 6/23.
Thunder Bay
Wednesday; 11:28 Florence Spirit arrived at the G3 elevator to load grain. 19:42 Federal Hunter arrived at the Richardson Main Terminal to load grain. Thursday; 2:03 Florence Spirit departed for Quebec City. 6:20 G3 Marquis arrived at the G3 elevator to load wheat.
Marquette, MI – UP Explorer
Great Lakes Trader arrived at the lower harbor Wednesday to unload limestone and then moved up to the ore dock in the upper harbor to load ore. Hon. James L Oberstar is scheduled for a late Thursday evening arrival followed by the Kaye E Barker, which should arrive very early Friday morning. On Saturday, American Mariner will make an afternoon visit to the ore dock and Lee A Tregurtha will make an early Sunday morning visit.
Northern Lake Michigan
Port Inland: Wednesday; 4:59 Victory / Maumee arrived to load limestone and departed at 16:42 for Toledo. Thursday; 14:03 Wilfred Sykes was due in but went to anchor on the north side of Garden Island. 18:19 Kaye E barker arrived to load.
Charlevoix: Wednesday; 10:57 Prentiss Brown / St Marys Challenger arrived to load cement products and departed Thursday at 15:43 for Milwaukee.
Milwaukee, WI – MKE Marine Reports
Algoma Compass arrived Wednesday (06/23) with salt from Compass Minerals, Goderich, and proceeded to the inner harbor. After dropping her cargo, about 27,000 metric tons, she cleared for Meldrum Bay at 07:11 Thursday. Tug Sharon M I with barge Huron Spirit arrived from Sault Ste. Marie at 21:40 Wednesday and tied up at the heavy lift dock. After delivering steel coils from Algoma Steel, the pair headed for Chicago just after noon Thursday.

Meldrum Bay: Tuesday; Saginaw departed for Toledo. Wednesday 21:32 Algoma Intrepid arrived to load limestone and departed Thursday down bound on Lake Huron at 8:52 .
Thessalon: Wednesday; 13:02 Sam Laud arrived to load stone and departed Thursday at 0:19 for Cleveland.
Port Dolomite: Wednesday; John G Munson departed for Belle River. 8:17 Wilfred Sykes arrived to take a partial load of limestone and departed at 22:28 for Port Inland.
Cheboygan: Wednesday; 22:20 The tug Albert and tanker barge Margaret arrived at the US Oil Co. terminal to unload petroleum products.
Calcite: Tuesday; Wednesday; 3:12 Defiance / Ashtabula departed for Detroit..3:13 Clyde S Van Enkevort proceeded to the dock to load.18:13 the tug Albert and tanker barge Margaret departed for Cheboygan.
Stoneport: Wednesday; 3:21 John J Boland departed for Monroe. 3:34 Olive L Moore / Menominee arrived to load limestone and departed at 12:50 for the Saginaw River. Thursday; 16:53 Herbert C Jackson arrived to load limestone.
Alpena: Wednesday; 7:10 Samuel De Champlain arrived to load cement products and departed at 12:50 for Detroit. 23:14 The cement carrier Alpena arrived to load and departed at 17:46 for Green Bay.

Sandusky: Calumet arrived at 19:35 to load at Norfolk Southern.
Cleveland: Dorothy Ann/Pathfinder departed at 08:34 with salt for Burns Harbor.
Fairport Harbor: Laura L. VanEnkevort/Joseph H. Thompson departed for Marblehead at 23:24 Wednesday night.
Ashtabula: Calumet left at 11:45 for Sandusky.
Nanticoke: Algoscotia left for Montreal and Algosea departed for Sorel-Tracy at 03:14. Harvest Spirit departed at 19:19 and is headed to Monroe.
