Duluth Entry: Paul R. Tregurtha departed at 04:50 (CST) Thursday morning with coal for St. Clair and Monroe. Arthur M. Anderson arrived at 11:13 to unload limestone at C.Reiss Coal; she’s expected to load iron ore pellets at CN#6 once finished. As of Thursday night Mesabi Miner was taking a delay at CN#6, Arthur M. Anderson was unloading at C.Reiss Coal, Floragracht was sitting at Port Terminal, and Joseph L. Block was anchored off Duluth waiting to unload at CN#6. Mesabi Miner is estimated to depart late Friday morning with iron ore pellets; Joseph L. Block should arrive once the Miner departs. Arthur M. Anderson will depart sometime Friday morning or afternoon depending on their orders to load at CN#6.
Superior Entry: Edwin H. Gott departed at 02:22 (CST) Thursday morning with iron ore pellets for Nanticoke. Burns Harbor shifted to load at BNSF after the Gott’s departure. As of Thursday night, Burns Harbor was loading at BNSF and Algoma Compass was waiting at anchor off the Superior piers. Burns Harbor is estimated to depart early Friday morning with iron ore pellets; Algoma Compass is expected as soon as Burns Harbor departs.

Thursday; 13:39 Algoma Equinox arrived at the Richardson Main Terminal to load wheat.

Charlevoix: Thursday; 2:00 Caroline McKee / Commander arrived to load cement products and departed at 15:49 for Chicago. 16:07 Prentiss Brown / St Marys Conquest arrived to load cement products.

Nathan S cleared for Calumet Harbor with three loaded barges from COFCO at 19:43 Wednesday (07/21). Samuel de Champlain/Innovation arrived from Alpena at 04:26 Wednesday with cement for Lafarge and cleared for Calumet Harbor at 00:21 Thursday. Iryda arrived from Cleveland at 21:47 Wednesday and headed for the Federal Marine Terminals dock, south slip one, outer harbor, where she will unload steel from IJmuiden.
Southern Lake Michigan – Stephen Sostaric
Federal Ruhr shifted to South Chicago from Burns Harbor overnight. Hilke left her anchorage off Indiana Harbor and went to Burns Harbor. Ijzerborg remained in South Chicago. John J. Boland departed the Calumet River around 1:45 PM. Dirk S. Vanenkevort departed Indiana Harbor overnight. James R. Barker and Manitowoc both arrived at Indiana Harbor in the afternoon. Stewart J. Cort departed Burns Harbor overnight. Timgad departed for Thunder Bay around 7:30 PM.

Bruce Mines: Wednesday; 1:13 Sam Laud arrived to load trap rock and departed at 11:44 for Grand Haven.
Drummond Island: Thursday; 1:12 Cuyahoga departed for Sombra.
Port Dolomite: Thursday; 16:33 Wilfred Sykes arrived to load limestone. 17:10 Undaunted / Pere Marquette 41 arrived and went to anchor.
Calcite: Thursday; 11:32 H Lee White arrived to load limestone.
Alpena: Wednesday; 23:32 Algoma Buffalo departed for Goderich.

Algoma Buffalo arrived 8.54 am Thursday loading at Compass Minerals.

Marblehead: Laura L. VanEnkevort/Joseph H. Thompson departed for Lorain at 13:27. American Mariner arrived at 13:03 and went to anchor. She moved to the dock to load at 13:48.
Lorain: Laura L. VanEnkevort/Joseph H. Thompson arrived at 16:18 for the LaFarge stone dock.
Cleveland: Herbert C. Jackson departed for Toledo at 00:22. Dorothy Ann/Pathfinder departed at 13:10 with salt for Burns Harbor. Petite Forte/St. Mary’s Cement
Conneaut: Kathy Lynn departed for Detroit at 09:59.
Nanticoke: Algocanada departed for Sarnia late Wednesday night.
