Duluth Entry: Algoma Guardian arrived from anchor at 21:04 (CST) Thursday night to load iron ore pellets at CN#6. American Century arrived at 00:46 Friday morning to load coal at SMET. Mesabi Miner arrived at 09:43 to take a delay at Port Terminal. Wilfred Sykes departed at 10:07 with sinter feed for Burns Harbor. American Century departed at 12:31 with coal for St. Clair. Indiana Harbor arrived at 15:27 to load coal at SMET. As of Friday night, Mesabi Miner was waiting at Port Terminal and Algoma Guardian was loading at CN#6. Arthur M. Anderson is expected early Saturday morning to unload limestone at C.Reiss Coal. Indiana Harbor is estimated to depart early morning with coal. Algoma Guardian is estimated to depart sometime Saturday morning with iron ore pellets.
Superior Entry: Walter J. McCarthy Jr. departed at 09:44 (CST) Friday morning with iron ore pellets for Gary. As of Friday night, Indiana Harbor was loading at SMET. CSL Assiniboine is expected Saturday morning to load iron ore pellets at BNSF. Burns Harbor is expected Saturday night to also load iron ore pellets at BNSF.
Two Harbors-Silver Bay – Gary A Putney
American Spirit departed Two Harbors on 8/12 at 21:49 for Conneaut. The Edgar B. Speer then took the loading berth and then departed on 8/13 at 08:50 for Conneaut. The Gott then shifted from N of #2 to S of #2. At 18;30 she was still at the loading dock. Stopping off Two Harbors PM on 8/13 was the Spruceglen. Due Two Harbors on 8/13 is the Presque Isle that as of 18:30 she was near Outer Island. Due Two Harbors on 8/14 are the Atlantic Huron and the American Integrity. Northshore Mining in Silver Bay saw the departure of the Clyde S. VanEnkevort/Erie Trader on 8/13 for Cleveland at 07:56. arriving Silver Bay at 16:45 on 8/13 on her first trip to the western Lakes was the Capt. Henry Jackman. Due Silver Bay on 8/14 is the CSL Laurentien.

Cleveland: Samuel deChamplain/Innovation left for Alpena at 08:58. Algoma Buffalo arrived at 11:39 to load salt at Cargill. Bradshaw McKee/St. Mary’s Conquest departed at 19:20.
Fairport Harbor: Manitowoc arrived at 18:20 to unload stone at Osborne.
Ashtabula: Calumet arrived at 13:34 and went to the Pinney dock.
Nanticoke: Algonova departed at 06:47 for Sarnia.
