Duluth Entry: H. Lee White arrived at 15:30 (CST) Thursday afternoon to unload limestone at Graymont. Arthur M. Anderson arrived at 16:24 to unload limestone at C.Reiss Coal. As of Thursday night, American Century was loading at CN#6, and Arthur M. Anderson was unloading limestone at C.Reiss Coal. American Century is estimated to depart Thursday night or later with iron ore pellets. H. Lee White is estimated to depart early Friday empty for Two Harbors. Arthur M. Anderson is estimated to depart Friday night with iron ore pellets.
Superior Entry: Baie Comeau departed at 23:56 (CST) Wednesday night with iron ore pellets. As of Thursday night, H. Lee White was unloading at Graymont. No traffic is expected through the Superior Entry until Saturday.

Edgar B. Speer arrived Two Harbors for S. of #2 on 8/26 AT 02:15. she departed on the same date at 13:36 for Conneaut. Due Two Harbors late on 8/26 is the Edwin H. Gott. Due two Harbors on 8/27 is the H. Lee White after unloading stone at Graymont in Superior. Due Northshore Mining in Silver Bay on 8/27 is the Walter J. McCarthy Jr.

Wednesday; 20:40 Tim S Dool departed for Port Cartier. 21:13 Algoma Transport departed for Detroit. Thursday; 14:55 Kaministiqua shifted from Keefer Terminal to the Richardson Main Terminal to load grain.

Charlevoix: Thursday; 11:51 Bradshaw McKee / St Marys Challenger arrived to load cement products.

On Thursday evening around 1900 hrs, John G Munson backed out of berth 7 and left Bay Ship and headed toward the bay of Green Bay. Also on Thursday afternoon yard crews set the stack on the Mark W Barker.

Algoma Intrepid loading at Compass Minerals. Algoma Innovator tied up North Pier will load salt next.

Lake Erie Ports for Thursday – Bill Kloss
Sandusky: Algoma Sault arrived at Norfolk Southern late Wednesday night. Manitoulin arrived at 14:22.
Lorain: Olive L. Moore/Menominee unloaded at LaFarge and departed for Cleveland at 04:35.
Cleveland: Laura L. VanEnkevort/Joseph H. Thompson departed at 22:00. Mesabi Miner left at 06:01 for Duluth. American Spirit is undergoing repairs at the Bulk Terminal. Sea Eagle II/St. Marys Cement II left for Bowmanville at 07:30. Dorothy Ann/Pathfinder arrived at 14:48 to load salt at Cargill. Sharon MI/Huron Spirit departed at 16:18. Olive L. Moore/Menominee arrived from Lorain and went to anchor.
Fairport Harbor: Defiance/Ashtabula arrived at 21:30.
Nanticoke: Algonorth departed for Sarnia at04:26.

Buffalo, NY – Brian Wroblewski
The 680-foot self-unloader Algoma Compass arrived around 2AM on the 26th with a load of salt. She came in the South Entrance, winded in the Outer Harbor, and backed up the Lackawanna Canal for the Compass Minerals salt dome to unload part of her cargo. Later that morning she shifted ahead to the bulk apron at the North end of the Gateway Metroport Main Dock. She was finished unloading on the bulk apron and departed for Goderich around 1PM onto a hot and hazy lake Erie.
