Duluth Entry: Great Republic arrived at 22:45 (CST) Tuesday night to unload limestone at CN-Hallett #5. Joseph L. Block arrived at 12:06 Wednesday afternoon to unload limestone at Graymont. American Integrity arrived at 16:38 to load iron ore pellets at CN#6. As of Wednesday evening, American Integrity was loading at CN#6 shiploader, Great Republic was loading at the CN#6 gravity loader, and Heerengracht was unloading at Port Terminal space #2. Great Republic is estimated to depart Wednesday evening with iron ore pellets. Joseph L. Block is estimated to depart early Thursday empty for Two Harbors. American Integrity is estimated to depart Thursday evening with iron ore pellets.
Superior Entry: Stewart J. Cort departed at 05:45 (CST) Wednesday morning with iron ore pellets for Burns Harbor. CSL Niagara arrived at 06:22 to load at BNSF; they departed at 16:30 with iron ore pellets for Nanticoke. Algoma Equinox arrived at 16:43 to load iron ore pellets at BNSF. As of Wednesday evening, Algoma Equinox was loading at BNSF and Joseph L. Block was unloading at Graymont. Algoma Equinox is estimated to depart sometime Thursday morning with iron ore pellets.
Two Harbors- Silver Bay – Gary A. Putney
Presque Isle departed Two Harbors on 10/5 at 22:42 for Gary. Michipicoten arrived Two Harbors on 10/5 at 16:18 and departed on the same date at 22:03 for Soo, Ontario. The Burns Harbor arrived Two Harbors on 10/6 at 10:07 for South of #2. The Joseph L. Block should arrive Two Harbors either late on 10/6 or early on 10/7 after unloading stone at Graymont in Superior. Northshore Mining in Silver Bay saw the departure of the Clyde S. VanEnevort/Erie Trader on 10/6 at 08:43 for Toledo. There is no scheduled inbound traffic for Silver Bay on 10/7.

Tuesday; 1:12 Greenwing shifted to the main anchorage. 1:21 The saltie Osogovo arrived at Keefer Terminal. 11:20 Algoma Intrepid arrived at the MobilEx Terminal to load potash. 14:35 Federal Churchill departed for Montreal. 22:31 Irma departed for Port Cartier. 23:22 Greenwing departed for Montreal. 23:32 Algoma Intrepid departed for Essexville. Wednesday; 2:42 Federal Nagara departed for Montreal.
St. Marys River
There was no upbound traffic on Wednesday. Downbound traffic included Paul R. Tregurtha, Federal Churchill, Algoma Discovery, CSL Assiniboine, James R. Barker, tug Anglian Lady (headed for Sarnia light tug to pick up Mississagi), Algoma Intrepid, Grrenwing, Irma, Hon. James L. Oberstar and, late, Arthur M. Anderson and Federal Nagara.

Federal Shimanto was at Burns Harbor Wednesday night. Calumet and Mesabi Miner were at Indiana Harbor. Miedwie was at S. Chicago.

Meldrum Bay: Tuesday; Laura L Van Enkevort / Joseph H Thompson arrived to load limestone and departed at 17:28 for Fairport.
Port Dolomite: Tuesday Calumet departed for Benton Harbor. 23:19 Wilfred Sykes arrived to load limestone and departed Wednesday at 8:39 for Port Inland to finish loading.
Cheboygan: Tuesday; 16:40 The tug Michigan and tanker barge Great Lakes departed for Green Bay.
Calcite: Tuesday; 5:00 American Mariner arrived to load limestone. 19:46 Defiance / Ashtabula arrived to load limestone. Wednesday; 1:42 American Mariner departed for the Saginaw River. 10:10 John G Munson arrived to load limestone. 13:10 Defiance / Ashtabula departed for Burns Harbor.
Stoneport: Monday; 22:44 Manitowoc arrived to load limestone and departed Tuesday at 10:15 for the St Joseph River. Wednesday; Lee A Tregurtha arrived to load limestone.
Alpena: Tuesday; 3:18 Samuel De Champlain / Innovation departed for Detroit. 17:49 GL Ostrander / Integrity arrived at the Lafarge plant to load cement products.

Kingsville: Manitoulin departed at 00:08 for Bruce Mines.
Marblehead: Saginaw arrived to load at 14:14.
Sandusky: Sam Laud departed for Sault Ste. Marie at 02:13.
Cleveland: Dorothy Ann/Pathfinder unloaded at RiverDock, then moved to Cargill to load salt. Samuel deChamplain/Innovation arrrived at LaFarge at 22:45 Dirk S. VanEnkevort/Michigan Trader arrived late Wednesday night to unload at the Bulk Terminal.
Fairport Harbor: Frontenac departed with salt for Bowmanville at 09:16.
Ashtabula: Saginaw departed at 07:15.
Conneaut: Indiana Harbor arrived at 06:20. She unloaded and departed at 18:44 for Two Harbors. Edgar B. Speer arrived late Wednesday night to unload at the P&C dock.
Nanticoke: Algoma Hansa departed for Tracy late Tuesday night. Algocanada is at Imperial Oil.
