Straits of Mackinac: Monday; 19:39 Anglian Lady / Ironmaster for Sault Ste Marie stopped in Lake Michigan. 20:06 CCGS Griffon stopped in Lake Michigan, Tuesday; 6:00 CCGS Griffon resumed ice operations and proceeded to Mackinac Island to escort the Algoma Intrepid for Milwaukee to Lake Michigan. CCGS Griffon escorted Algo Canada for Nanticoke to the Round Island passage and at 17:39 is resuming ice operations in the Straits of Mackinac. 18:00 USCG Katmai Bay is proceeding through the Straits of Mackinac from Lake Michigan.
St Ignace: Monday; 16:24 USCG Biscayne Bay departed for the St Marys River.

Bradshaw McKee/St. Marys Challenger is expected from Charlevoix late Tuesday afternoon (01/25) with cement for the Kinnickinnic River terminal. Algoma Intrepid is expected Wednesday morning with salt from Compass Minerals, Goerich.

Alpena: Monday; The tug Manitou departed the Thunder Bay River to conduct ice operations. 19:11 Samuel De Champlain / Innovation arrived at the Lafarge plant to load cement products and departed at 23:37 for Detroit. Tuesday 10:01 Manitou departed for Cheboygan to conduct ice operations.
Cheboygan: Tuesday; 17:40 The tug Manitou arrived and began ice operations. 18:18 The tug Michigan and tanker barge Great Lakes arrived at the US Oil Co. Terminal to unload petroleum products. Manitou took a berth on the west side of the Cheboygan River.
