Straits of Mackinac: Saturday; 22:08 USCG Biscayne Bay arrived at the Straits of Mackinac to conduct ice operations. Sunday; 8:16 Algoma Niagara crossed the Straits of Mackinac escorted by USCG Biscayne Bay to Lake Michigan. 10:04 USCG Mackinaw departed Mackinaw City and arrived at the St Ignace US Coast Guard Station at 10:35. 10:41 CSL Assiniboine for Sarnia had stopped in Lake Michigan to await escort by USCG Biscayne Bay. 13:41 CSL Assiniboine was underway escorted by USCG Biscayne Bay. 15:51 USCG Mackinaw departed St Ignace to conduct ice operations and stopped at 16:57 south of Saint Helena Island. 18:35 CSL Assiniboine stopped near the USCG Mackinaw. USCG Biscayne Bay continued through the Straits of Mackinac arriving at the St Ignace US Coast Guard Station at 18:10. Monday; 8:11 USCG Mackinaw began ice operations and escorted CSL Assiniboine through the Straits of Mackinac to Lake Huron. USCG Mackinaw escorted the Algoma Intrepid for Chicago to Lake Michigan. USCG Mackinac returned to the Straits of Mackinac.

Alpena: Sunday; 1:08 The cement carrier Alpena arrived at the Lafarge plant to load cement products. 11:37 The tug Manitou departed for Calcite. 13:47 The cement carrier Alpena departed for Cleveland.
Calcite: Sunday;16:41 Manitou arrived to conduct ice operations. 19:27 Manitou departed and escorted the tug Michigan and tanker barge Great Lakes to Cheboygan.
Cheboygan: Sunday; 23:32 Manitou arrived to conduct ice operations. 0:00 the tug Michigan and tanker barge Great Lakes arrived in Cheboygan to unload at the US Oil Co. Terminal.
