Toledo: Tug ST 911 arrived at 16:47.
Cleveland: River currents have subsided enough to allow Dorothy Ann/Pathfinder to head up the Cuyahoga River to Cliffs. She delivered to the mill and is back at the Bulk Terminal.
Nanticoke: Algonorth is at anchor.
