Acadia Desgagnés
Acadia Desgagnes was constructed in 2013 by Shandong Baibuting Shipbuilding Co. of Shandong, China, as the general cargo vessel Montelema. She is 393′ 00″ long, 59′ 09″ wide, and 34′ 05″ deep, capable of carrying 7,875 tons, and equipped with a pair of 40 metric ton deck cranes. She is powered by a single MaK 8M32C diesel engine, producing 5,362 BHP.
While under construction, she was sold and renamed BBT Ocean, sold once again and given the name Sider Tis. In 2017, she was acquired by the Groupe Desgagnes subsidiary Transport Desgagnes, and renamed Acadia Desgagnes. She continues to serve them in the Seaway general cargo trades.
