Alpena: Saturday; 11:19 Samuel De Champlain / innovation arrived to load cement and departed Monday at 7:25 for Milwaukee. 8:30 The cement carrier Alpena arrived to load cement and departed at 16:32 for Toledo.
Cheboygan: Tuesday; 18:57 The tug Michigan and tanker barge Great Lakes arrived at the US Oil Co. terminal to unload petroleum products.
Goderich, ON – Bruce Douglas
Algoma Innovator is expected soon – probably first vessel to load salt. 25 appearances in Goderich last season. Algoma Sault and Algoma Buffalo remain tied up in the harbor.
Lake Erie Ports – Bill Kloss
Monroe: Sharon M1/Huron Spirit arrived from Nanticoke at 05:22 to unload steel coils. New York/Double Skin 509A is unloading petroleum products.
Toledo: Alpena arrived at 12:20 to unload at LaFarge. Sam Laud left lay up at 17:44 and is headed for Ashtabula.
Sandusky: Kaye E. Barker is loading coal at Norfolk Southern.
Ashtabula: Olive L. Moore/ Menominee left lay up at 08:15 for Toledo.
Conneaut: CSL Assiniboine departed late Monday night for Quebec. Rt. Hon. Paul J. Martin left the Port Dover anchorage and arrived at 04:17.
Nanticoke: Algosea is at Imperial Oil and John D. Leitch and Wilf Seymour/Alouette Spirit are at Stelco. Harvest Spirit arrived at 03:07 and went to anchor.
