Grand Haven, MI – Joshua Hebeisen
Inbound in good spirits on her last trip of the year, Grand River Navigation’s John J. Boland arrived at 17:48 as the final vessel to visit port in the 2022–2023 shipping season. True to her owner’s name, the vessel and her load of slag flawlessly navigated the Grand River on their way down to Meekhoff’s D&M. The cargo, loaded in Indiana Harbor, IN, was still being put ashore late Sunday night.
