St. Marys River – Joshua Hebeisen
USCGC Mobile Bay departed the Lime Island dock around 09:00 Tuesday, heading downbound to soften up the ice just outside the confines of the river. She returned to Lime just in time for lunch. Up at the Soo, Leonard M/Huron Spirit are still at Purvis Marine, presumably loading steel coils. 

Milwaukee, WI – MKE Marine Reports
Getting ready for work, tug Albert with tank barge Margaret left their winter berth in the mooring basin and moved to the Liquid Cargo Pier early Tuesday morning. They retreated to the mooring basin about noon. Tanker AlgoCanada is expected Wednesday.

Goderich, ON – Bruce Douglas
Algoma Innovator arrived 11:09 Tuesday, loading at Compass Minerals. Algoma Conveyor is due next for salt.

Port Huron, MI – Sarnia, ON – Joshua Hebeisen
No official port calls were recorded on Tuesday. Algoterra and Algosea are handing petroleum products at Imperial Oil’s lower dock; Iver Bright is hanging out at Suncor.

Detroit, MI – Windsor, ON – Joshua Hebeisen
Casting off from the Detroit River breakwall midmorning, USCGC Morro Bay broke some ice in the vicinity before returning to her berth just off the Renaissance Center. Asphalt duo Leo A. McArthur/John J. Carrick spent another day at Marathon on the Rouge.

Lake Erie Ports – Bill Kloss
Harvest Spirit departed Cleveland and sailed across Lake Erie to unload steel coils at the Port dock in Monroe, MI. Dorothy Ann/Pathfinder is on a third shuttle for Cliffs.
