USCGC Morro Bay arrived Sault Ste. Marie, MI, from the lower St. Marys River at 13:21 Tuesday. Sister USCGC Katmai Bay is still down in the Lime Island area.
Green Bay, WI – Joshua Hebeisen
The cold-weather convoy of tanker Algocanada and USCGCs Mackinaw and Neah Bay ventured south into a frozen Green Bay but had not yet reached Titletown as of Tuesday night. It is quite possible that the trio, resting at anchor overnight, is waiting for Aaron Rodgers to make up his mind before proceeding any further.
Port Huron, MI – Sarnia, ON – Joshua Hebeisen
Algosea departed the lower dock at 08:35, bound for Nanticoke, ON, and thirsty for more of those thirst-quenching petroleum products.
Lake Erie Ports – Bill Kloss
Nanticoke, ON: Algoterra and Algonova are both loading at Imperial Oil. Algosea is due to arrive on Wednesday.
Cleveland, OH: Dorothy Ann/Pathfinder is still running the Cliffs shuttles.
Monroe, MI: Vane Bros. tug and barge New York/Double Skin 509A arrived to unload liquid asphalt at the Port dock.
