Two Harbors, MN – Gary Putney
James R. Barker departed Two Harbors at 07:36 for Indiana Harbor. Oakglen arrived Two Harbors at 08:08 right after the Barker. Edwin H. Gott is stopped off Duluth waiting on Two Harbors. Edgar B. Speer is underway in Lake Superior also for Two Harbors.
Silver Bay, MN – Gary Putney
American Integrity, originally scheduled for Two Harbors, is now scheduled for Silver Bay.
St. Marys River – Joshua Hebeisen
Herbert C. Jackson slipped into the Soo at 19:18 Thursday evening half-filled with sand from Brevort, MI. One trip through the MacArthur Lock later, Herbie put ashore her cargo at the new Soo Lock construction site in Sault Ste. Marie, MI. A trip farther west to Marquette, MI, is up next.
Monroe, MI – Bill Kloss
American Century delivered low-sulfur coal to DTE.
Toledo, OH – Bill Kloss
Hon. James L. Oberstar arrived with ore for Torco. Departing was Clyde S. VanEnkevort to Detroit. Albert/Margaret is at George Gradel and Wilfred Sykes was at Midwest Terminals. She left with a destination of Burns Harbor, IN.
Sandusky, OH – Bill Kloss
Algoma Niagara loaded coal and left for Hamilton, ON.
Cleveland, OH – Bill Kloss
Wagenborg’s unique Maxima arrived with steel coils and plates to be offloaded at Dock 24W at the Port. Also arriving was American Courage, going to the Bulk Terminal and getting back on the shuttles for a while. Mark W. Barker loaded road salt at Cargill and will be delivering it in Milwaukee. Now that American Courage is back on the shuttles, Sam Laud departed for Zug Island with coke fines.
Conneaut, OH – Bill Kloss
Indiana Harbor arrived with ore for the Pittsburgh & Conneaut Dock.
Buffalo, NY – Lackawanna, NY – Tonawanda, NY – Brian Wroblewski
The Vermont came back out to get the Alicudi on the morning of September 7 around 09:00. They met at the North Entrance, winded the boat in the Outer Harbor, and proceeded up to Holcim Cement stern first.
Kingsville, ON – Bill Kloss
Saginaw unloaded limestone at Southwestern Sales Co. then departed for Toledo CSX once empty.
Nanticoke, ON – Bill Kloss
CSL Laurentien delivered ore to Stelco, then departed for Superior, WI. Next to arrive with ore was fleetmate CSL Tadoussac. Tankers Algosea and Algonova are loading at Imperial Oil. Going to anchor off of Port Dover was Damia Desgagnes.
