The firetug COTTER broke ice on the Buffalo River on the morning of the 23rd in anticipation of a thaw period coming up this week for flood control purposes.
NANTICOKE, ONTARIO-Bill Kloss
Algotitan arrived 07:18 and anchored off of Port Dover. At 12:37 she moved to load at Imperial Oil.
CLEVELAND, OHIO-Bill Kloss
Departures were Mark W. Barker at 09:29 with salt to Calumet Harbor and Prentiss Brown/St.Marys Challenger at 09:56 in ballast to Charlevoix.
TOLEDO, OHIO-Bill Kloss
Clyde S.VanEnkevort/Erie Trader arrived for layup.
