Argentia Desgagnes was constructed in 2007 by Ustaoglu Shipyard of Zonguldak, Turkey as Ofmar. She is 391′ 09″ long, 60′ 04″ wide, and 32′ 10″ deep, capable of carrying 6,369 tons, and equipped with a pair of 35 metric ton deck cranes. She is powered by a single Wartsila C-W6L32B3 diesel engine, producing 5,362 BHP.
In 2017, she was acquired by Groupe Desgagnes subsidiary Transport Desgagnes, and renamed Argentia Desgagnes. She continues to serve them in the Seaway general cargo trades.
