VIDEO: Edward M. Cotter breaking Buffalo River ice

Capt. Michael Kick and his crew are spending the day breaking up the ice on the Buffalo River to help prevent flooding during the upcoming thaw. The Edward M. Cotter has been serving the City of Buffalo for 125 years.
