CCGS Limnos is a mid-shore research and survey vessel built by Port Weller Dry Docks in 1968. Used for hydrographic and limnological research, the vessel is equipped with a dry laboratory and a wet laboratory to perform these tasks.

Limnos has served on joint missions on the Great Lakes with vessels from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
