BUFFALO,NEW YORK [USBUF]-Brian Wroblewski
The tug NEW YORK arrived off Buffalo with her asphalt barge DS-509A on a wire behind her at 5PM on August 19th. She came to a stop abeam of Windmill Point and switched into push gear for the trip to Tonawanda. Once the tug was made up in her barge’s notch, she headed for the Black Rock Lock on the way to the Suite Kote pier. They secured there for unloading around 8PM that evening.
