BUFFALO,NEW YORK [USBUF]-Brian Wroblewski
The Algoma Innovator departed the Port Dover Anchorage and headed for Buffalo last night but they turned around off Windmill Point and went to anchor out in the lake there at 5:30AM. The water in Buffalo Harbor was still dropping this morning and the wind was still up at the time.
