The FEDERAL CHURCHILL was finally done unloading sugar at Sucros Sourcing on the morning of the 27th. The tug VERMONT came down to help them at 6AM and towed her out stern first from Lackawanna. After helping them wind in the Outer Harbor off the CRH plant, the big saltie departed via the South Entrance under a beautiful morning sun for Detroit.
