Duluth-Superior – Scott Bjorklund
Duluth Entry: Resko arrived at 18:34 (CST) to load wheat at Gavilon Grain. As of Wednesday night, James R. Barker was still loading or waiting at CN. James R. Barker is estimated to depart sometime Thursday afternoon as weather conditions improve on Lake Superior. Mesabi Miner and American Century are both due to load low sulfur coal at SMET sometime on Friday. Kaye E. Barker is expected sometime Friday as well, but to unload limestone at CN-Hallett #5. 

Superior Entry: No traffic has taken place since the last report due to weather. As of Wednesday night, H. Lee White was still at BNSF, Michipicoten was waiting at Lakehead Pipeline, and Resko was loading at Gavilon. H. Lee White is estimated to depart sometime Thursday with iron ore pellets; Michipicoten should shift over and load once they depart. 

Two Harbors-Silver Bay – Gary A. Putney
At 18:30 on 04/13 the American Integrity was NW of Bark Point for Two Harbors. Same time and date the Indiana Harbor was upbound in Whitefish Bay for Two Harbors. Also in Whitefish for Two Harbors are the John G. Munson and the Rt. Hon. Paul J. Martin.

Sturgeon Bay, WI
Wed. afternoon the Wilfred Sykes and the tug Joyce L VanEnkevort were moved out of the graving dock at Bay Shipbuilding by tugs from Kobasic.

Milwaukee, WI – MKE Marine Reports
Samuel de Champlain/Innovation arrived from Alpena at 05:30 Wednesday with cement for Lafarge. Alpena, which had been at the Lafarge dock, shifted back to make room. Federal Freedom was still at Federal Marine Terminals.

Lake Erie Ports – Bill Kloss
Monroe: New York/Double Skin 509A remains in port.
Toledo: Hon. James L. Oberstar departed for Marquette at 00:37. Prentiss Brown/St. Marys Challenger arrived at 01:13 to unload cement. She left  for Cleveland at 10:45. Leaving at 09:18 was the American Mariner. Saltie Kom is at Kuhlman’s.
Marblehead: Manitowoc departed for Marine City at 17:06.
Sandusky: Manitoulin loaded coal and left for Sault Ste. Marie at 00:44.
Lorain: Laura L. VanEnkevort/Joseph H. Thompson arrived at 12:32 to unload at Carmeuse. Kathy Lynn is doing dredging operations on the Black River.
Cleveland: Petite Forte/ St. Marys Cement departed for Bowmanville at 07:47. Blair McKeil arrived at 12:19 to unload steel coils. She’s at dock 24W at the Port. Dorothy Ann/Pathfinder is on the shuttles. Prentiss Brown/St. Marys Challenger and Federal Nakagawa were late night arrivals.
Fairport Harbor: Defiance/Ashtabula left for Calcite at 05:47.
Ashtabula: American Courage left for Stoneport at 06:30. Ocean Castle departed for Detroit at 17:16 and Wagenborg’s Eeborg arrived at the Pinney dock at 17:34.
Nanticoke: Departures were CSL Tadoussac for Superior at 00:23 and Blair McKeil at 02:49 for Cleveland. Edwin H. Gott arrived at 03:00 to unload ore at Stelco. Algonova left at 11:30 with petroleum products for Oakville, ON. Algonorth arrived at 13:15 and went to anchor.
