Duluth Entry: BBC St. Petersburg arrived late afternoon Sunday to load wheat at CHS#1. G.L. Ostrander and barge Integrity arrived at 20:48 (CST) to unload cement at Lafarge. American Mariner arrived at 06:53 Monday morning to unload limestone at CN-Hallett #5. James R. Barker arrived at 10:23 to load iron ore pellets at CN#6. American Mariner departed at 16:27 empty for Marquette. As of Monday night, James R. Barker was loading at CN#6. James R. Barker is estimated to depart Tuesday morning with iron ore pellets. Joseph L. Block is expected Tuesday late afternoon to unload limestone at CN#6. Paul R. Tregurtha is expected Tuesday evening to load coal at SMET.
Superior Entry: Stewart J. Cort departed at 20:24 (CST) Sunday night with iron ore pellets for Burns Harbor. As of Monday night, BBC St. Petersburg was loading at CHS#1 and G.L. Ostrander plus barge Integrity were unloading at Lafarge. CSL Niagara is expected Monday night to load iron ore pellets at BNSF.
Two Harbors-Silver Bay – Gary A Putney
Rt. Hon. Paul J. Martin departed Two Harbors at 15:39 for probably Quebec City. Algoma Conveyor arrived Northshore Mining in Silver Bay at 03:47. As of 18:30 She was still at the dock. She probably is loading for Quebec City.

Monday; 17:25 Saginaw arrived at the Superior Elevator to load grain.
Marquette, MI – Arthur Pickering
August 10th: Hon James Oberstar is expected early Tuesday followed by the American Mariner in the afternoon. Michigan Trader is expected around noon on Wednesday. Lee A Tregurtha is expected Thursday evening and the Hon. James Oberstar is expected early Saturday morning.

Brevort: Monday; 0:52 Algoma Compass departed for Hamilton.

Port Dolomite: Sunday; 10:25 Joseph L Block departed for Duluth Superior.

Stoneport: Monday; 2:06 Herbert C Jackson departed for Milwaukee. Olive L Moore / Menominee proceeded to the dock to load limestone. 10:26 Sam Laud arrived and went to anchor. 17:12 Olive L Moore / Menominee departed for Monroe.
Alpena: Monday; Algoma Buffalo arrived at the Thunder Bay River to unload road slt and departed at 10:56 for Goderich. 16:05 Samuel De Champlain / Innovation arrived at the Lafarge plant to load cement products.
Goderich, ON – Bruce Douglas
Algoma Buffalo arrived 5.10 pm Monday loading at Compass Minerals. Buffalo’s eighteenth appearance this season in Goderich for salt.
Lake Erie Ports for Monday – Bill Kloss.
Kingsville: The tug Molly MI arrived at 16:27.
Cleveland: Dorothy Ann/Pathfinder departed with salt for Milwaukee at 09:07. American Century arrived at 14:11 and went to anchor to wait for a berth at the Bulk Terminal. She came in to unload at 19:56. Fraserborg arrived at 05:53 and went to dock 24E at the Port.
Fairport Harbor: Frontenac arrived to load at the Morton Salt dock at 05:08.
Ashtabula: John J. Boland arrived late Monday night.
Erie: The research vessel R/V Muskie arrived from Huron at 18:58.
Nanticoke: Algoma Transport arrived at Stelco at 06:55. Algonorth departed for Sarnia at 16:39.
Seaway – Rene Beauchamp
The new saltie Ronnie was at Montreal on Monday. She was being prepared for her departure later that day for Burns Harbor carrying an impressive cargo of wind turbine parts from India.
