Kristen Serumgard, commanding officer of the Coast Guard Cutter Mackinaw, to the festival. Cmdr. Serumgard presented remarks to the various festival dignitaries and Coast Guard personnel in attendance.

Cleveland: G.L. Ostrander/Integrity arrived at LaFarge at 06:03, unloaded and left for Alpena at 16:48. Algoma Buffalo departed at 07:03. Sea Eagle II/St. Mary’s Cement II arrived late Monday night and is at the Jefferson St. terminal of St. Mary’s Cement. Dorothy Ann/Pathfinder arrived from Marblehead at 11:11. New York/Double Skin 509A arrived at 18:35 and went to anchor. Federal Satsuki departed for Burns Harbor at 16:05.American Courage is still on the shuttles. Defiance/Ashtabula arrived late Tuesday night.
Fairport Harbor: Laura L. VanEnkevort/Joseph H. Thompson arrived at 10:31 with stone for Osborne.
Conneaut: Undaunted/Pere Marquette 41 arrived at 05:43. She departed at 15:04 for Monroe.
Nanticoke: Presque Isle departed for Two Harbors at 16:21. Algocanada and Algosea remain at anchor.
