SOO-KNOW YOUR SHIPS
Nordika Desgagnes was upbound at Mission Point Tuesday late morning for Algoma Steel. She was carrying parts for Algoma’s new electric arc furnaces. The cargo was supposed to have been delivered by BBC Georgia, however it had to be moved to the Desgagnes vessel after the Georgia suffered serious damage grounding in the Seaway a few weeks ago.

Departures were Clyde S.VanEnkevort/Erie Trader to Detroit and Manitowoc to Charlevoix. Arrivals were Cuyahoga and Evans Spirit. Algoma Niagara is still at Ironhead Marine.
CLEVELAND, OHIO-Bill Kloss
Arthur M. Anderson departed for Two Harbors. Arriving later in the evening was Walter J. McCarthy, Jr. The footer has 63,000 tons of UTAC pellets for the Bulk Terminal. Sharon MI/Huron Spirit is unloading steel coils at the Port and Dorothy Ann/Pathfinder is loading another shuttle for Cliffs.
LORAIN, OHIO-Bill Kloss
American Courage arrived at Carmeuse and unloaded stone, then left for Cleveland.
BUFFALO, NEW YORK-Brian Wroblewski
The CALUMET was hugging the North Shore of Lake Erie, downbound for Buffalo on the 19th. She arrived at 12:30PM and had to go to anchor out near Windmill Point to wait for the MARINER to depart so they could get up to the CSI landing with a load of sand.

Sarah Desgagnes Algoberta and Everlast/Norman MacLeod are at Imperial Oil and Baie Comeau is at Stelco. Algoluna is at the Port Dover anchorage.
GODERICH, ONTARIO-Bruce Douglas
Algoma Buffalo cleared 14:44 Sunday downbound for Cote St Catherine with salt. Algoma Intrepid cleared 08:46 Monday downbound for Johnstown with salt. Algoma Conveyor tied up Tuesday 2pm at North Pier. Will load salt next. Wilcko (saltie) continues alongside elevators.
