Port Huron, MI – Sarnia, ON – Joshua Hebeisen
Big blue Algonova arrived at 19:38 with petroleum products from Nanticoke, ON. The vessel had begun her day on the hook on western Lake Erie, pulling up the chain midmorning before briefly stopping again on the Detroit River. Her eventual arrival found the tanker at the Imperial Oil specialty products dock with an AIS destination of Jones Island. Racing red Iver Bright is at Suncor down the St. Clair River.
Detroit, MI – Windsor, ON – Joshua Hebeisen
Movement at Morterm! After nearly a month of lay-up at the Windsor dock, versatile ex-saltie Harvest Spirit left her berth at 15:15 for some midwinter sailing. Her AIS destination indicates she will be stopping at Stelco’s Lake Erie Works in Nanticoke, ON.

CCGS Griffon left her base at 10:54 for the open waters of Lake Erie, where she was anchored as of Thursday night. Earlier in the week, the departure of giant icebreaking tug CCGS Judy LaMarsh was erroneously omitted; she currently sits in Sarnia, ON.

Algoma Tankers Algoterra and Algocanada are loading at Imperial Oil. Algosea is still at anchor. McKeil Marine’s Harvest Spirit is making her way across Lake Erie and is headed to Stelco in Nanticoke.
