Saturday; 6:19 Algoma Intrepid for Goderich stopped in Lake Michigan to await escort. 8:21 USCG Biscayne Bay departed St Ignace to escort Algoma Intrepid. 8:42 USCG Neah Bay departed St Ignace to conduct ice operations from the Lake Michigan side of the Straits of Mackinac through the Round Island passage to Lake Huron. At 14:47 she returned to the US Coast Guard Station St Ignace. 16:01 Algoma Intrepid crossed the Straits of Mackinac and is proceeding to Goderich. 16:05 USCG Biscayne Bay arrived at US Coast Guard Station St Ignace.

Cheboygan: Saturday; 15:07 The tug Manitou began ice operations and returned to her berth at 15:48.15:52 The tug Michigan and tanker barge Great Lakes arrived at the US Oil Co.Terminal to unload petroleum products.

Montreal, QC – René Beauchamp
As expected, the saltwater vessel Cinnamon left Montreal Saturday morning. She stopped at the Pointe-aux-Trembles anchorage, then departed for the Lanoraie anchorage, but on the way, it had to drop anchor off the Contrecoeur wharf around 1:00 p.m. Saturday at 7:30 p.m, it was still there. Cinnamon has been at Montreal undergoing engine repairs.
