Duluth-Superior Scott Bjorklund
Duluth Entry: John G. Munson arrived at 05:39 (CST) Thursday morning to load iron ore pellets at CN#6. Lee A. Tregurtha arrived at 11:02 for winter lay-up at Fraser Shipyards. James R. Barker arrived at 13:09 to fuel before laying up for winter at Port Terminal. John G. Munson departed at 17:48 with iron ore pellets for Gary. Finally, Arthur M. Anderson arrived at 18:05 to load iron ore pellets at CN#6. As of Thursday night, Arthur M. Anderson was loading at CN#6, and James R. Barker was laid up at Port Terminal for the winter. Arthur M. Anderson is estimated to depart Friday morning with iron ore pellets.
Superior Entry: Walter J. McCarthy Jr. departed at 09:44 (CST) Thursday morning with iron ore pellets for Gary. As of Thursday night, Burns Harbor was laid up at Elevator M while Lee A. Tregurtha was laid up at Fraser Shipyards. 

Two Harbors-Silver Bay – Gary A. Putney
Edwin H. Gott arrived at 07:59 on 01/13 and departed at 10:47on 01/13 for Gary. Dirk S. VanEnkevort/Michigan Trader arrived Two Harbors at 02:30 for North of #2 lay-by. She shifted to South of of #2 between 11:13 and 11:36. Indiana Harbor stopped of Port Wing, WI A.M. on 01/13 to wait on the Two Harbors dock.

Thunder Bay, ON 
Thursday; 7:12 CCGS Samuel Risley resumed ice operations. 9:08 Harvest Spirit arrived at the Richardson Main Terminal to load wheat. 11:38 Robert S Pierson arrived at the Superior Elevator to load grain. 19:52 Harvest Spirit departed for the Soo locks.

Northern Lake Michigan 
Brevort: Wednesday 13:33 the tug Erika Kobasic arrived to conduct ice operations. Thursday; 12:06 Defiance /Ashtabula arrived to load processed sand. 12:59 Erika Kobasic arrived after completing ice operations.

Northern Lake Huron 
St Ignace:Wednesday; With calmer weather all the Lake Michigan boats had departed except for Defiance / Ashtabula. They are waiting for the Escanaba based  tug Erika Cobasic to begin ice operations at Brevort. Thursday; 6:21  Defiance / Ashtabula departed for Brevort. 
Cheboygan: Wednesday; 8:33 The tug Michigan / tanker barge Great Lakes departed for Sarnia.
Alpena: Wednesday; 22:55 G L Ostrander / Integrity departed for a Lake Michigan port.

Muskegon, MI
Samuel de Champlain and her cement barge Innovation arrived late on Thursday January 13, officially becoming the first cargo ship to call on Muskegon in 2022. She unloaded a split load of cement at the Lafarge terminal, having loaded her cargo in Alpena and unloaded a portion in Milwaukee. The tug Barbara Andrie broke ice on Muskegon Lake on Thursday morning in preparation for the arrival of the Champlain and Innovation.

Goderich, ON – Bruce Douglas
Algoma Niagara arrived at 09:55 Thursday morning to load at Compass Minerals; this is their 11th appearance in Goderich this season.

Lake Erie Ports – Bill Kloss
Cleveland:  American Integrity arrived at 05:58 and went to anchor to wait for a spot at the Bulk Terminal. Herbert C. Jackson took a delay at the Bulk Terminal to wait for repairs to the ship loader. She went to Cliffs with the last shuttle. The Integrity went to the Bulk Terminal at 16:45 to deliver the last load of the season there.
Ashtabula:  American Courage is in lay up.
Conneaut:  American Century departed for Superior at 05:18. Laura L. VanEnkevort/Joseph H. Thompson arrived at 14:01.
Nanticoke:  CSL Niagara unloaded and departed at 11:09. Algonova and Algonorth are at Imperial Oil. Algocanada arrived at 09:08 and went to anchor.
