Lake Erie Ports – Bill Kloss
Toledo, OH: Burns Harbor and American Integrity arrived for layup. Joseph L. Block departed for Sturgeon Bay, WI.
Cleveland, OH: James R. Barker finally weighed anchor and went to the Bulk Terminal after sitting in Lake Erie for 3 days. After unloading she went back to anchor in the lake. She has 55,000 tons of UTAC pellets. Olive L. Moore/Menominee and Victory/Maumee remain anchored in the lake. American Courage is loading a shuttle.
Conneaut, OH: Indiana Harbor is still anchored.
Buffalo, NY: Herbert C. Jackson arrived mid afternoon to unload at CSI Sands.
Nanticoke, OH: Algosea departed for Sarnia, ON and Algoterra is at Imperial Oil.

Next up was the Herbert C. Jackson with sand for the Gateway Metroport Main Dock on the night of the 18th. She came in the South Entrance, turned up the harbor, and then stopped off the CRH plant. The ship then backed up the Lackawanna Canal and tied up by the bulk unloading apron at North end. They unloaded a partial cargo and then shifted up to CSI in Buffalo via the lake at 7:49PM.
