Tuesday, March 22, 18:00 CCGS Samuel Risley arrived to conduct ice operations. Wednesday; CCGS Samuel Risley continued ice operations to open the harbour.

Monroe: Sharon M1/Huron Spirit departed for Nanticoke Wednesday evening.
Toledo: Dirk S. VanEnkevort/Michigan Trader left lay up and headed to Marquette. Arthur M. Anderson left lay up and is on her way to Duluth.
Sandusky: American Mariner departed with coal for Sault Ste. Marie. Kaye E. Barker arrived at 15:15 to load coal at Norfolk Southern.
Cleveland: Samuel deChamplain/Innovation arrived at Lafarge at 20:47. Dorothy Ann/Pathfinder is at the Cliffs mill as the shuttles have slowed down.
Ashtabula: Michipicoten departed for Windsor at 09:30.
Erie: Presque Isle departed lay up with a destination of Two Harbors. Kaye E. Barker departed lay up at 04:34 and headed to Sandusky.
Nanticoke: Algonorth departed for Tracy late Tuesday night and Algocanada left with petroleum products for Sault Ste. Marie. Sharon M1/Huron Spirit arrived at the Port Dover anchorage at 15:21. At 16:21 she went to Stelco to load steel coils.
Port Colborne: CSL Tadoussac and CSL Niagara both departed lay up.
