11/16/2023: CUYAHOGA Loading salt in Detroit on Nov 16, 2023. This is the old Morton salt Terminal now being used by Detroit Salt Co, to ship out salt by boat.

Paul R. Tregurtha unloaded coal at DTE then left for Superior, WI.
TOLEDO, OHIO-Bill Kloss
Friday arrivals were American Spirit, Herbert C. Jackson, Joseph L. Block and Defiance/Ashtabula.

Mark W.Barker arrived to load at Holcim.

Manitoulin loaded coal then departed for Sault Ste. Marie.

Victory/Maumee unloaded ore at the Bulk Terminal then left for Toledo. Samuel deChamlpain/Innovation delivered to Holcim Cement. Departing were Federal Dee to Detroit, Dorothy Ann/Pathfinder to Stoneport and Mark W.Barker to Marblehead. American Courage is on the shuttles.

Calumet headed to Calcite.
BUFFALO, NEW YORK-Brian Wroblewski
The NACC ALICUDI was done unloading at Holcim on the early afternoon of the 17th so the VERMONT took a line from her stern and escorted the little cement carrier down to the Watson Basin at 1PM. The DEFIANCE – ASHTABULA was towed out stern first for the lake at 9:30PM on the 16th by VERMONT.
