Duluth-Superior – Scott Bjorklund
Duluth Entry: Heemskerkgracht arrived at 04:21 (CST) Saturday morning to unload bags of quartz at Port Terminal. James R. Barker arrived at 09:23 to load iron ore pellets at CN#6. As of Saturday afternoon, Heemskergracht was unloading at Port Terminal berth #2 while James R. Barker was loading at CN#6. James R. Barker is estimated to depart early Sunday morning with iron ore pellets. Federal Clyde is expected mid-evening to unload cement at CRH. Mesabi Miner is expected Sunday night to load iron ore pellets at CN#6.
Superior Entry: No vessel traffic has taken place since the last report. As of Saturday afternoon, no vessels were in port on the Superior side. No traffic is expected until Monday.

Two Harbors-Silver Bay – Gary A. Putney
Two Harbors had no traffic on 11/27. Due Two Harbors on 11/28 are the Edgar B. Speer and the Victory/Maumee. Northshore Mining in Silver Bay saw the departure of the Dirk S. VanEnkevort/Michigan Trader on 11/27 at 04:35 for Toledo. CSL Assiniboine is due Silver Bay on 11/28

Holland, MI – Bill Van Appledorn
Cuyahoga entered Lake Macatawa 15:00 Saturday and arrived at Verplank’s dock 16:15 to unload limestone.

Goderich, ON – Bruce Douglas
Federal Kumano, Algoma Niagara continue at Goderich.  Kumano’s 1st appearance here this season and Niagara’s 9th.

St. Clair River
Wilfred Sykes left the anchorage above Port Huron on Saturday morning headed downbound. However, off Marysville, she came about and tied up at nearby dock. This may be related to the steering failure late Thursday night that caused her to fetch up on the bank of the river on the U.S. side near the USCH station.

Lake Erie Ports for Saturday – Bill Kloss
Monroe:  Undaunted/Pere Marquette 41 arrived at 20:10
Sandusky:  Olive L. Moore/Menominee pulled up anchor and left for Cleveland at 02:19. CSL Niagara departed for Hamilton at 06:27. Kaye E. Barker arrived at the dock at 07:37, loaded for Zug Island and departed at 16:47. The Hon. James L. Oberstar arrived at 10:09 and took a spot at the dock behind the Barker. She moved up to load at 17:00.
Cleveland:  Polsteam’s Gardno departed for Burns Harbor at 01:04. Olive L. Moore/Menominee arrived at 07:18 and went to Osborne’s Rockefeller Ave. yard. American Courage arrived at the Bulk Terminal at 14:13 to load a shuttle. Forte/St.Mary’s Cement departed for Bowmanville at 14:59.
Fairport Harbor:  Frontenac arrived at 11:53 to load salt at Morton.
Ashtabula:  American Courage left for Cleveland at 04:31. Morgenstond I arrived at the Pinney dock at 06:24.
Nanticoke:  Edwin H. Gott departed at 01:20 for Two Harbors. Frontenac left for Fairport Harbor at 05:29. CSL Tadoussac departed for Bowmanville at 09:42. Algocanada left for Sarnia at 12:59. Algoscotia arrived late Saturday night.

Buffalo, NY – Brian Wroblewski
American Mariner stayed weather bound at the Frontier Elevator after finishing their unload there until the morning of the 22nd when conditions improved enough to depart. She backed out for the lake, winded in the Outer Harbor, and headed West for Detroit at 5:30AM. Algoma Buffalo arrived from Goderich at 6AM on the 27th with salt for Compass Minerals in Lackawanna. She winded in the Outer Harbor Southern Channel with the thrusters and then backed all the way up to the end of the Main Dock at Gateway Metroport to unload directly into their dome. The Buffalo departed for Goderich around 12 Noon and headed straight out for the lake.
