Duluth-Superior – Scott Bjorklund
Duluth Entry: Hon. James L. Oberstar departed at 17:10 (CST) Thursday evening empty for Marquette. American Mariner arrived at 14:29 Friday afternoon to unload limestone at CN-Hallett #5. As of Friday afternoon, American Mariner was unloading at CN-Hallett #5. Wilfred Sykes is expected Friday night to unload limestone at Graymont. American Mariner is estimated to depart early Saturday empty for Two Harbors. Mesabi Miner is expected late morning to first take a delay at Husky Fuel then load iron ore pellets at CN#6. Arneborg is expected in the evening to load beet pulp pellets at Gavilon. Joseph L. Block is expected late evening to unload limestone at CN#6.
Superior Entry: Indiana Harbor arrived at 17:36 (CST) Thursday evening to load at BNSF; they departed at 06:32 Friday morning with iron ore pellets for Burns Harbor. As of Friday afternoon, Samuel de Champlain and Innovation were unloading at Lafarge. Samuel de Champlain and Innovation are estimated to depart Friday evening empty. Frontenac is expected early Saturday to load iron ore pellets at BNSF. CSL Tadoussac is expected late morning to load at the same dock. Algoma Discovery is expected late evening to also load iron ore pellets at BNSF.

Two Harbors-Silver Bay – Gary A. Putney
There was no boat traffic in Two Harbors on 9/24. Due Two Harbors on 9/25 is the American Mariner after it unloads limestone at CN-Hallett #5 in Duluth. Northshore Mining in Silver Bay saw the departure of Algoma Harvester on 9/24 at 00:26 for Quebec City. There is no inbound traffic scheduled for Silver Bay on 9/25.

Marquette, MI – Andrew Pickering
James L Oberstar and the USEPA Lake Guardian were in Marquette harbors Friday.  The Kaye E Barker and the Lee A Tregurtha arrival will change from Sunday to Monday.

Milwaukee, WI
Alpena was in port discharging cement Friday evening.

Southern Lake Michigan – Stephen Sostaric
South Chicago: Federal Nagara departed early Friday morning for Burns Harbor. Algoma Buffalo arrived in South Chicago early Friday morning. After unloading past 106th St., she shifted to the Compass Minerals dock at 92nd St. in the early evening.
Buffington Harbor: H. Lee White arrived at Buffington Harbor on Friday morning, followed later in the afternoon by the Great Republic. Both were docked and unloading there.
Gary: Edgar B. Speer departed Gary on Friday, with the Arthur M. Anderson arriving in Gary in the afternoon
Port of Indiana – Burns Harbor: Federal Nagara shifted from South Chicago Friday morning, followed by two more salties during the day: Irma and Ijzerborg. Stewart J. Cort arrived at Burns Harbor to unload at Cleveland Cliffs. Burns Harbor arrived later in the day, unloading across the slip from the Cort. Walter J. McCarthy, Jr. anchored in the lake to await dock space.

Goderich, ON – Bruce Douglas
No traffic to report.

Lake Erie Ports for Friday – Bill Kloss
Kingsville: Manitoulin unloaded at Southwestern Sales and departed at 16:26 for Marblehead.
Marblehead: Robert S. Pierson departed at 06:34. Manitoulin arrived at 20:03.
Sandusky:  Kaye E. Barker left late Thursday night with coal for Detroit.
Cleveland: Dorothy Ann/Pathfinder unloaded at Osborne and moved to the Bulk Terminal to load a shuttle for Cliffs. Petite Forte/St.Marys Cement departed at 15:25 for Detroit.
Ashtabula: Oakglen departed at 19:05 for Two Harbors.
Nanticoke: Due Saturday are Presque Isle,  Algocanada and Algoma Hansa.
