Duluth Entry: Paul R. Tregurtha departed at 13:48 (CST) Tuesday afternoon with low sulfur coal for St. Clair. Indiana Harbor departed at 14:27 with iron ore pellets for Conneaut. James R. Barker arrived at 15:03 to load iron ore pellets for CN#6. Arthur M. Anderson departed at 19:30 with blast furnace trim for Gary. As of Tuesday night, James R. Barker was loading at CN#6. James R. Barker is estimated to depart Wednesday late morning with iron ore pellets. Joseph L. Block is expected late morning to unload limestone at CN#6. H. Lee White is also expected late morning, but to unload limestone at Graymont.
Superior Entry: American Spirit departed at 11:20 (CST) Tuesday morning with iron ore pellets for Gary. As of Tuesday night, Drawsko was loading wheat at Gavilon. No vessels are expected through Superior until Thursday.
Two Harbors-Silver Bay – Gary A. Putney
Edwin H. Gott arrived Two Harbors on 9/7 at 06:05 for South of #2. As of 16:45 she was still at the dock. Due Two Harbors on 9/8 are the Presque Isle and the Edgar B. Speer. Northshore Mining in Silver Bay saw the Clyde S. VanEnkevort/Erie Trader depart at 04:55 on 9/7 for Cleveland. Arriving Silver Bay on 9/7 at 05:20 was the Baie Comeau. There is no inbound traffic scheduled for SilverBay on 9/8.

Arriving from Meldrum Bay, ON., the Calumet entered Lake Macatawa at 4:31 Tuesday morning. It moored at Verplanks at 5:45 to unload limestone. It then moved on to Brewer’s for a split load.

Port Dolomite: Monday; 19:33 American Mariner arrived to load limestone and departed Tuesday at 10:31 down bound on Lake Huron.
Cheboygan: Monday; 18:05 The tug Albert and tanker barge Great Lakes arrived at the US Oil Co terminal to unload petroleum products and departed Tuesday at 1:24 for Green Bay.
Calcite: Tuesday; 1:43 Defiance / Ashtabula departed for Detroit. 1:58 Hon. James L Oberstar arrived to load limestone and departed at 16:04 for Ashtabula.
Stoneport: Monday; 23:34 Herbert C Jackson arrived to load limestone and departed Tuesday at 9:48 bound for the St Marys River. At 14:35 she went to anchor north of Detour. .
Alpena: Monday; 20:36 Samuel De Champlain / Innovation arrived at the Lafarge plant to load cement products and departed Tuesday at 2:55 for Milwaukee. 16:48 The cement carrier Alpena arrived to load.

Monroe: Sam Laud arrived at 10:09 to unload at DTE. She departed for Detroit at 16:42.
Marblehead: American Courage departed for Ashtabula at 10:04.
Cleveland: Olive L. Moore/Menominee is anchored off of Cleveland. A new visitor to the Port of Cleveland is the saltie Peyton Lynn C. She will be unloading and loading containers and she is part of Spliethoff’s Cleveland-Europe Express. She arrived at 18:52 and is at dock 22E. Puna and Federal Seto are still at the Port. A late arrival was Laura L. VanEnkevort/Joseph H. Thompson.
Fairport Harbor: Manitowoc departed for Toledo at 03:07.
Ashtabula: Ebroborg left for Duluth at 08:07. American Courage arrived at 20:07.
Conneaut: John G. Munson departed for Calcite at 00:01.
Nanticoke: CSL Tadoussac arrived at Stelco at 07:01. After unloading she departed for Duluth at 17:35.
